Return Policy

All trucker hats are final sale. No Exceptions. By purchasing you are acknowledging and adhering to this policy. 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NOTE: Any personalized or custom items can not under any circumstances be returned unless you received the wrong item.

Refunds (if applicable)

ALL TRUCKER HATS & GIFT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - No exceptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We accept returns for refund for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.  If the reason for return is not because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect - you will only be offered a store credit.   
If you are approved for either, then your refund will be processed or store credit will automatically be applied to your customer account, within 24 hours of approved return.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
A size exchange can be made if the available size is in stock, or if you receive a damaged item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@southernblissco.com and send your item to: 4101 Old Hwy 11 Purvis, MS 39475.
