Return Policy

All trucker hats are final sale. No Exceptions. By purchasing you are acknowledging and adhering to this policy. Thank you for your understanding. 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/credit or exchange for any reason.

To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
NOTE: Any personalized or custom items can not under any circumstances be returned unless you received the wrong item.

Return Shipping:

Any shipping cost required in a return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for. Southern Bliss Company will not cover any return shipping unless the item received was damaged and needing to be returned. Any return shipping for an exchange will be also paid for by the customer before shipping will be made. 

Refunds/Credit (if applicable)

All items are made to order, returns are only available in the form of a STORE CREDIT. No exceptions will be made. Upon ordering you are agreeing to this policy, refunds will not be made to method of payment. A discount code may be sent as store credit for the amount paid upon ordering. Shipping will not be included in the return/credit applied. 

ALL TRUCKER HATS & GIFT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - No exceptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We accept returns for credit for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.  If the reason for return is not because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect - you will only be offered a store credit.


If you are approved for either, then your refund/credit will be processed or store credit will automatically be applied to your customer account, within 24 hours of approved return. Credit may be applied in the form of a discount code to be used on a future purchase. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
A size exchange can be made if the available size is in stock, or if you receive a damaged item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@southernblissco.com and send your item to: 4101 Old Hwy 11 Purvis, MS 39475.
